Flag football starts in a few weeks and Joshua is one excited little boy. Tonight we bought him football cleats, a pee-wee sized football, new shorts and t-shirts, and some cones so that Dad and the kids can run drills at home. Joshua proudly carried the bag out of the store. It was obvious that he felt very big and grown up. As we got the parking lot, I reached for his hand. Joshua took it reluctantly and asked, “Mommy, do real football players have to hold hands?”
